More than anything else, Al Gore's self-deification film that is busy making the rounds has proved how many lefty-loonies are masquerading as film critics these days.

What a pretentious piece of political pandering this film really is. Good film-making from a certain perspective (the film as a rhetorical tool)and using a pseudo-documentary for political gains. It will no doubt convince many softbrains that what what shown was the truth. It is not. It is at best a half-truth, and convieniently leaves out many other facts. But, it is well produced, compelling and works the emotions well.

They learned much from Moore.


Perhaps the thing I hate most about modern American liberalism is that it serves to make me look extremely right of center. I am not. I am sure it does this to many individuals.

Retired

Just pulled the plug. I am finished with it. This is the first thing I have ever officially retired from in my life. I have quit many things, but this is truly a retirement.

So happy to have moved from Las Vegas. The cost of living is so low. The houses are so nice. They have so much land.

I never lived in a temperate rainforest before. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes bio-diversity, a distinctly full four-season climate and ample space around them.

Here is a list of places I lived long enough to meet legal residence requirements.

I have been to 41 out of 50 states and spent considerable time in 32 out of those 41. (Minimum time One month)



So far, this one has been the most amazingly fun one to live in.

I think a one week stay is in order after all the fine that was done recently. A fitting vacation. I may even drag a Southern denizen northwards with me on this next trip. Good ole Southern Boy, Jiffy Jeff. I don't really need someone to tag along for the 12 hour ride just to keep me company, but it's nice to have partner in tow so climbing is ensured.

I have tried SO HARD to get away from you. I left rc.com because it sickened me to see you referring to me in posts, PM'ing me moments after I got online, and also seeing you putting out the "I'm old enough to be your father" stchtick to the new, young, girls, and then "following" them through the site. I think the final straw was when that girl posted the picture of her as a baby, nude on the rug, soon after you posted that you were dying. "to give a sick man his wish." I could only imagine that it wasn't only one, single, request for a naked shot, that led that girl to post that....and I didn't WANT to be thinking about it. I left, to let you have your life.

I think it is an odd coincidence, Curt, that your "Tirdae Part Deux" post came to this site days after I last told you to leave me alone. That in the six months prior to that, you posted about 300 posts here, but in the 3 months since, you have posted over 1,000.

While I know you have had other issues that you have been addressing here, I have a right to feel the way I do. And I WILL readily admit, that you have finally stopped sending me emails, I feel it is ONLY because I have consistently ignored you in any way, shape or form. You HAVE sent emails since I asked you to stop; the last one was less than a month ago, blocked.

You have a right to be on this site - that is beyond question. It's not my site. But F*#K.....you are here day in, day out, in nearly every damned thread. Talking some starnge stuff that is pretty incongruent.

You have said a lot of things on this site in the last 3 months that present you in a light that is much different than the person I saw last year. The history of yourself that you personally told me. It has been very painful, to watch you do this.....

And, I am well aware that I am not the only woman on this site that has felt uncomfortable because of you. So, please - spare the "I haven't been bothering you" retort. All these mentions of women who are upset? They AREN'T all referring to me.

The truth is - that you are a fun climbing partner, albeit an easily distracted one, so long as it is on your local crags. You're smart, funny and entertaining. The southeast is beautiful, and you have all day, every day, to play as you wish. A dirtbag's delight. Let no one misunderstand that.

The problem, Curt - is that you simply don't understand your behavior is f*#ked up. It ISN'T normal to berate women, to follow them around on websites, and such. You say you love women, and no doubt you do, but your actions betray a deeper malaise.

I have stayed silent because I DID have a handle on my situation. I simply had to not interact, even though you come here, every day, all day, and post in alomost every single thread. But this just issue just doesn't seem to stop. I would go so far as to say that I think some of the aggression coming out on this site is a subconscious reaction to having this all foisted upon the site.

Come tomorrow I will be contacting the appropriate authorities in my state and the state where ST resides, and see what can be done about you.

I have written several ST admins, asking for their help in dealing with you.

This is BULLSH#T, and you will face some consequences.

What you deleted is copied to the admins, and to my PC.

It will be sent to whomever needs to see it.

Some things are beyond the pale, and this is one of them.

So as long as nobody comes forward saying they are true, then you just might have a case.

Only time will tell...

Edit: I just started laughing out loud when I thought of what kind of damages you
could expect to recover from a random post on a public internet forum––assumimg you've been wronged.

I mean, what kind of $$––ie, damages worthy of compensation––are we talking here?

In addition, libel and slander need prove a malicious attempt to do grievious damage.

Sometimes just a letter from an attorney to cease & desist can do the job.



If the real goal is to get money, well, it is a nice trick to pull off. The targets must have some money to begin with!
